Wanda L. Otting, 71, of Oswego, passed away Friday, March 20, 2026. She was born in Auburn, daughter of the late Albert Shannon and the late Lola Landgraff. She graduated in 1973 from Southern Cayuga Central School in Aurora.  She enjoyed poetry, travel, and her family more than anything.

She is predeceased by a brother and a sister.

Survived by her children, Kyle (Brooke) Otting, Chris (Jenn) Otting, James (Andi) Kohler, and Kevin (Tanya) Knapp, 4 brothers, 1 sister, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
