Victoria Jeanne Legates, 58, and a resident of East Cayuga Street in Oswego, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024 at the Oswego Hospital.

She was born in Oswego, the daughter of the late William and Frances Hogan and was a life resident of the area.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed, for many years, as a hostess for the Aramark Corporation at the Oswego Hospital.

Vickey was a woman who truly enjoyed life and loved her three cats.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph Legates, Jr. of Oswego; two daughters, Jennifer Kelly of Oswego, and Jennelle Legates of Oswego; a son, James Kelly of West Virginia; two brothers, Richard Hogan of Fulton, and William Hogan III of Oswego; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son, Mark Kelly Jr.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, February 15th, from 2:00 to 4:00 at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second Street in Oswego.
