Thomas Bias, 73 of Oswego passed away October 28, 2025 at the Manor at Seneca Hill.

Tommy Bias was born in 1952 in Asheville, NC and was the son of the late Cecil and Lola Stevens Bias.

When he was a young man he moved to California and worked for a special effects company and later in adulthood he moved to NY and had a landscaping business and spent his last years at the Manor at Seneca Hill nursing home and
will be missed by his surviving sisters, Nancy Wise and Gloria Turner and brother-in-law Robert Wise and nieces and nephews.
