Stella B. (Kaczowka) Lloyd, 95, a life resident of Oswego, went home to be with the Lord on April 29, 2024.  She was the daughter of the late Franciszek and Antonia Kaczowka.  Mrs. Lloyd was pre-deceased by her husband, Neil E. Lloyd; her brother, John Kaczowka; her sisters, Mary Kon, Ann Kaczowka, Theresa Osetek, Helen Plata, and Frances Hageny.  She is survived by her sister, Bert Tracz, two sons, David (Michele) Lloyd of Oswego, NY and Gary (Isabel) Lloyd of Troy, MI; two daughters, Carole Lloyd of Oswego, NY and Lisa (Thomas) Roman of Oswego, NY; ten grandchildren, Nicholas (Jenna) Lloyd, Timothy Lloyd, Andrea Lloyd, Neil Lloyd, Calista Lloyd, Priscilla Lloyd, Gabriela Lloyd, Julia Roman, Neil Roman, and Louis Roman, two great grandchildren, Oliver Lloyd and Everly Lloyd, and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Lloyd was a faithful and beloved member of St. Stephen's Church of Oswego, NY for many years.  She had worked as an administrative assistant for Marathon Company of Oswego, NY until she became a faithful wife and mother.  Later on, after her children were grown, she became an administrative assistant at Oswego City Savings Bank.  She also loved to dance and would attend the Policemen's and Firemen's Balls in Oswego, NY with her beloved husband Neil.

Mrs. Lloyd loved animals and took in many stray cats throughout her lifetime.  To call her an animal lover would be an understatement.

A very special thank you to Mrs. Lloyd's loving caregivers and friends at Morningstar Residential Care Center and Crouse Health as they provided a warm and calm environment during her end-of-life.  Our family cannot thank you enough for your kind, gentle treatment of our mother.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Dain Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East 2nd Street, Oswego, NY 13126.  A funeral service celebrating Mrs. Lloyd's life will commence immediately thereafter at the funeral home followed by burial at St. Peter's Cemetery, 379 East River Road, Oswego, NY.
