Sheila Eileen Todd, 74, a resident of Scriba, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022, at her home.

Sheila was born in Syracuse, NY the daughter of the late Betty Prior. She was a life resident of the Owego area.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed in the custodial department of the Oswego Hospital. She had also worked at the Thomas Motor Lodge in Oswego.

She was an avid reader, and especially loved romance novels.

Sheila is survived by her husband of 56 years, George E. Todd, of Scriba; three daughters, Faith Todd of Oswego, Sandra (Don Bies) Cahill of Oswego, and Amy (Darryl) Wallace of Oswego; a son, Wayne (Kim) Todd of Fulton; two sisters, Karen Sova of Oswego, and Josephine Roach of Hannibal; two brothers, Daniel Sova of Florida, and Wayne Sova of Texas; seven grandchildren, Geno, Jake, Tiffany, Ashley, Meghan, Beau, and Derrick; 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews

In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by a sister, Alma Piersall; three brothers, Bruce Sova, David Sova, and Dick Sova; and her best friend, Billie Fischer.

A Celebration of Sheila's Life will be held in the spring.

There will be no calling hours.
