Phyllis M. Goodrow, 71 of Oswego passed away Thursday morning in the Oswego Hospital.

She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of the late Alva and Ethel Serfani Donovan.

Phyllis was a homemaker and the wife of Clarence B. Goodrow.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Shelly Hartranft of Gloversville, one son, Daniel (Hollie) Goodrow of New Haven, one sister, Linda Donovan of Syracuse, two brothers, William Donovan and James Donovan both of Oswego, four grandsons, Ryan Goodrow of Henderson, Joshua Goodrow of Oswego, Timothy Perry and Shawn Perry both of Gloversville, to great grandsons, Kayden Perry and Chase Perry both of Gloversville, one granddaughter, Evelyn Perry of Gloversville. She was predeceased by a sister Joyce Donovan.

There are no calling hours.

Spring burial will be in North Scriba Cemetery.

Arrangements are by the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
