Paul V. Carroll, Jr., 44, a resident of Williamstown, and a former resident of Oswego, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at the Rome Memorial Hospital.

Paul was born in Oswego, the son of Juanita (Mellon) Carroll, and the late Paul V. Carroll, Sr.

He had been employed at the International Wire Co. in Williamstown.

He is survived by his mother; his wife of 25 years, Tina Carroll of Scriba, his girlfriend, Keitha Kellogg of Williamstown; two daughters, Katie Carroll of Scriba, and Addison Carroll of Williamstown; a brother, Matthew Carroll of Kentucky; a sister, Laurie Carroll of Oswego; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 Thursday, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second Street in Oswego.
