Mary (Betty) Goodwin, 93, of Scriba, passed away on October 16, 2024, at Oswego Hospital.

Mrs. Goodwin was born in Ticonderoga, NY.  She was the daughter of the late Paul and Nina (Blackmer) Laramie.

She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Robert Goodwin, who died in 2015.

She is survived by her loving family; a daughter, Mary Elizabeth (Eric) Lamoray of Florida ; six sons, Alan "Mickey" (Laurie) Goodwin of Hannibal, William (Joanne) Goodwin of Florida, Paul "Danny" Goodwin (Rhonda) of Louisiana, Joel Goodwin Sr (Ellen) of Scriba, Fred (Carlene) Goodwin of Fulton, and David (Christine) Goodwin of Oswego; 18 grandchildren, DJ (MaryAnn) Lamoray, Shannon Amidon, Jessica Goodwin (Jerry) , Michael Goodwin (Samantha), Will (Morgan) Goodwin, Christa Goodwin, Tanya Goodwin, Danny (Monica) Goodwin, Thomas Goodwin, Joel Goodwin Jr (Patti), Chelsea Goodwin, Robert (Bria) Goodwin, James (Sammi) Goodwin, Amber (Josh) Moeller, Jennifer (Jeff) Bickford, Jason (Ashley) Goodwin, Morgan Bond (Arthur), and Matthew (Sheridan) Goodwin; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her sons, Laramie Goodwin and John Goodwin; her daughter-in-law, Sandy Humphrey; and her great-great grandson, James Taylor.

Catholic funeral services will be held at 11:00 Friday, October 25th, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home in Oswego. Father John Canorro will officiate.

Burial will be in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery in Parish.

There will be no calling hours.
