Martin R. VanBuren, 60 of Oswego passed away Thursday morning at the Oswego Hospital.

He was born in Oswego and was the son of the late Ira L. and Eleanor A. Anthony VanBuren.

He had been employed on various construction projects as an electrician. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

Martin is survived by one brother Thomas J. VanBuren and his wife, Jackie of Virginia, four nephews, Eric VanBuren, Phillip VanBuren, Andrew VanBuren, Jesse VanBuren one niece, Kate VanBuren.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Leonard I. VanBuren.

Graveside committal services will be held 11AM Saturday July 21, at New Haven Cemetery.
