Martin J. Griffin, 72 of Oswego passed away Sunday at Morningstar Rehabilitation Center.

He was born in Oswego and was the son of the late Daniel and Virginia Riordan Griffin.

Mr. Griffin had been employed for many years as a custodian at St. Louis Church until its closure.

He had previously worked at the Pinarama and was very active in the local US Army Reserves.

He was a veteran of the US Army.

Martin is survived by one daughter Julie Griffin, two sons Peter Griffin and Joseph Griffin all of Oswego, one brother Richard Griffin of Oswego, one sister Geraldine Griffin of Oswego, two grandchildren, Rylee Griffin and Brant Griffin, several nieces and nephews including a special nephew Daniel Griffin.

Calling hours will be Thursday 9-10:30AM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home. Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery.
