Margaret Ann Fitzgerald, 91 of Oswego, passed away Friday, October 9, 2026 in the Oswego Hospital.

She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of the late Richard and Catherine Cahill White.

Mrs. Fitzgerald attended St. Mary’s School and graduated from the Oswego High School.

She was a lifetime Communicant of St. Mary’s Church.

Mrs. Fitgerald had been employed for over twenty five years at Alcan.

She is survived by one daughter Cathy(Steven) Woods of Oswego, two sons, Jim (Frances) Fitzgerald of Centereach, NY, John Fitzgerald of Oswego, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son Scott Fitzgerald, six siblings, Earl Wilmott, Austin “Eddie” Wilmott, James White, Francis “Jumper” Cahill, Louise Vivlemore, Dorothy Merritt.

Funeral services will be held, 10AM Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home. Calling hours are Tuesday from 4-7PM at the funeral Home.

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
