Joanne Moore, 79, a resident of Hastings, passed away Monday January 16, 2023, at Morningstar Rehabilitation & Care Center in Oswego.

Joanne was born in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Lola (Barrett) Swank. She was a life resident of Central New York.

She loved to go to the casinos in the area. In the past, she had also enjoyed travelling to the Oneida Nation to play bingo.

She is survived by three sons, Dwayne (Angela) Handy of Rome, Clarence (Lori Northup) Post of Hastings, and Dana W. Love of Syracuse, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and cousins.

Services are private.
