Jennifer Hayden Donahue, 65, a resident of Liverpool, and a former resident of Oswego, passed away Monday, at her home.

Jennifer was born in Oswego, the daughter of the late John and Jane Radway (Long) Wilson.

She was a graduate of CCBI in Syracuse.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed as an administrative assistant with the New York State United Teachers (NYSUT) in East Syracuse.

Jennifer and her husband spent six months each year in Key Largo, Florida. She loved the Florida Keys, sitting in the sun, and being near the ocean.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Charles Donahue of Liverpool; two daughters, Emily Donahue of Brooklyn, and Colleen Donahue of Albany; a brother, John (Jan) Wilson of Helena, Montana; a sister, Jane (Clair) Kretschmann of Tucson, Arizona; a sister-in-law, Deborah (James) Leo of Minoa; several nieces and nephews; and her little dog, Bailey.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 Friday, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.

Calling hours will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 Friday, prior to the service, at the funeral home, in Oswego.

Jennifer and her husband had always been very supportive of the Susan G. Komen Foundation. In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations in her memory be made to the foundation at www.komen.org.
