Florence L. (Scott) Campbell, 99, a former resident of Oswego and Sandy Creek, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 6, 2017, at the home of her daughter in Dansville, NY.

Mrs. Campbell was born and raised in Oswego, the daughter of the late John and Evelyn (Raby) Mosburger. She and her husband lived in Sandy Creek for many years. She moved to Dansville several years ago.

She was the wife of the late Raymond G. Campbell, who died in 2009.

She is survived by two daughters, Joan (Jim) Price of California, and Gail Hall of Dansville, NY; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be private.

Burial will be in Oswego Town Rural Cemetery.

There will be no calling hours.

Arrangements are in care of the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, Oswego.
