Donna Blaine-Medley, 57 of Richland died December 30, 2023 at the Oswego Hospital.

She was born in Cornwall, NY and was the daughter of the late John T. and Carol Becker Blaine.

She is survived by her partner Phillip Shattuck one son Josh Blaine, one Brother John Blaine, Jr. one sister Cindy Horning.

Memorial services will be held in the spring at a time to be announced.

Arrangements are by the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
