Curtis F. Sanger Jr., 82, of Oswego, passed away Monday, December 29, 2025. He was born in Utica, son of the late Curtis Sanger Sr., and the late Kathleen Jones Sanger. He loved fishing, hunting, card games, spending time with his family, volunteering at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, and the Canandaigua Emergency Squad, he enjoyed his years coaching soccer and softball.

He is predeceased by his sister, Marlin Boone.

Survived by his daughter, Melanie Vazquez-Garcia of Richmond VA, sons, Curtis Sanger III of Canandaigua, William Sanger of Oneonta, Paul Sanger of Oswego, and Thomas (Erika) Sanger of Canandaigua, brothers, Steven (Kathy) Sanger of Whitestown, and Jerry (Joanie) Sanger of Verona, sisters, Wendy (Kevin) Leach of West Schuyler, Mary-Jo Sanger of West Schuyler, grandchildren, Curtis IV, Sebastian, Lyle Aaron, Alise.
