Carole A. Clary-VanHorn, 65 of Oswego passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the Manor at Seneca Hill.

She was born on Christmas Day 1955 in Ogdensburg and was the daughter of the late Carl and Eva Irene Abare Clary.

She had been employed at GE in Syracuse until her retirement.

She was the wife of Joseph W. VanHorn, Sr.

In addition to her husband she is survived by one son, Jason Clary of Richland, two stepsons, Joseph VanHorn of Fort Mill, South Carolina, Brandon W. VanHorn of Larchwood Iowa, one brother Carl Clary of Ogdensburg, one sister Mary Lou Shortt of Oswego, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren, Several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Carole was predeceased by one sister Diane Howie.

Calling hours will be Thursday, June 24, from 4-6PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home with a Celebration of Carole's Life immediately following from 6-9PM at the Hall Newman Center 36 New St. Oswego, NY 13126
