Carol E. Forrest, 74, a resident of Tug Hill Road in the Town of Oswego, passed away Sunday, January 8 ^th , in The Manor at Seneca Hill.

Carol was born in Albany, New York, the daughter of the late George and Virginia (Bland) Matteson. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Joan Suckling. She had lived in the Oswego area for many years.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed as the Billing Manager with the A&E Transport Co. in Oswego.

She is survived by her loving companion, Kenneth Cuyler of Oswego; his daughter, Linda (Jim) Parkhurst of Oswego; 2 daughters, Joyce Kranze and Joanne Loomis of Fulton, NY; 2 sons, Richard (Emily) Forrest of Williamson, NY, and Matthew Forrest of Auburn, IN; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm Saturday, with a funeral service directly following, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second Street, Oswego.

Graveside services were held at 11:00 Friday, June 2, 2017, in the Oswego Town Rural Cemetery. The Rev. Bruce Schrader officiated.
