Carlie A. Fredette Cortese, 30 of Mexico, NY passed away Friday, June 27, in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester NY.

She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of John W Fredette. and Alisha Wilmott Hamilton.

Carlie was a Registered Nurse and was employed at Syracuse Orthopedics Specialists in Syracuse.

She shared a love of gardening with her grandmother Martha. She was extremely proud of her nursing career.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband Joseph Cortese of Mexico, one daughter and the pride and joy of her life who she loved dearly,  Alayna L. Caines of Mexico, her stepfather Randy Hamilton of Oswego, her brother Nicholas Fredette of Volney, two stepsisters Emily Hamilton and Amanda Hamilton, her Maternal grandmother Martha Wilmott of Oswego.

Carlie was predeceased by her grandparents, Robert Wilmott, John Fredette and Darlene Fredette.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 4-7PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.

Funeral and burial services will be private at the convenience of the family.
