Barbara Rose Rowe, loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away peacefully on November 14, 2024, in Ocala, Florida. Born in Oswego, NY, Barbara Rose Mondy, on December 3, 1927, where she grew up in a family with six siblings. Barbara lived in Oswego until moving to Ocala in 1992, where she and Thomas were members of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas and son, Michael Rowe. Barbara is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Caiella of Ocala, Florida, Elizabeth LaBella (Joseph) of Durham, NC and Andrea Monaco (Larry) of Point Pleasant, NJ. Barbara was a beloved grandmother to six grandchildren, Erica Caiella- Rossi (Jon), Jenna and Karina LaBella, Elizabeth (Nick), Larry (Taylor), Sam (Shae) Monaco , three great grandchildren, Lucas and Caleb Rossi, Maxxine Monaco, as well as many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Christ the Good Shepherd Church in Oswego, NY on June 2 at 10:00 a.m.
