Shirley D. Mills, 80 and a resident of Valley View Drive in the Town of Oswego passed away peacefully Wednesday morning at the Oswego Hospital.
Mrs. Mills was born in Savannah, NY and was the daughter of the late Augustus and Frances Crane Donk. She was the widow of the late Robert Mills who died in 1986.
Mrs. Mills was a devoted member of the Trinity United Methodist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by one daughter Suzanne (David) Yost of West Chester, PA, one son Gregory (Lisa Holmes-Hayes) Mills of Oswego, one stepson Robert (Cathryn) Mills. Jr. of Webster, two brothers Franklin Donk of Clyde, Norman Donk of Savannah, one sister Eldine O’Hern of Syracuse, two grandchildren, Emily Mills, Jared Mills, two step grandchildren, Autumn and Amber Mills, several nieces and nephews and a dear friend Clara Holliday of Oswego,
Funeral services will be Saturday 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church. Calling hours will be Friday 4-7PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rose Cemetery.
