Stanley L. Williams, 66 and a resident of 188 Syracuse Ave. in Oswego passed away Friday morning in the Oswego Hospital.
He was born in the State of Texas and was the son of Iris Ferris Williams and the late Clifford Williams.
Mr. Williams had been employed for many years as a millwright at Alcan and more recently with the New York State Canal System.
He served in the US Air Force and was a member of VFW Post 2320 and the American Legion Post 268.
He enjoyed hunting.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Jolly Williams, his mother, Iris Williams of Hammond, NY, one daughter Pamela (Robert) Gass of Orlando, Florida, one son Ryan (Trad) Williams of Hilo, Hawaii, three grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held 1:00PM Wednesday September 14,at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home. Burial will be Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Hammond, NY. There are no calling hours.
