|Mildred A. Clark, 90 and a resident of 96 Erie St. Oswego passed away Saturday morning in the Oswego Hospital.
She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of the late George and Jessie Salisbury Stafford. Mrs. Clark was the widow James T. Clark who died in 1990.
She spent her early years as a resident of Minetto and graduated from the Oswego High School.
Mrs. Clark was a member of the First United Methodist Church and sang in the Church choir. She was a member of the Oswego United Methodist Women.
She was a member of the Oswego Women’s Bowling Hall of Fame and past Treasurer of the Oswego Women’s Bowling Association. She had served as treasurer of the Women‘s Victory League for many years.
Mrs. Clark is survived by four daughters Beverly Crego of Olean, Debbie (Art) Hough, Connie (Mike) LeBoeuf, Colleen (David) Goewey, one son David (Sally) Clark, all of Oswego; 11 grandchildren, Steve Crego, Dan Crego, Sue Barton, Cindy Stone, John Stone, Jodi Osmun, Trisha Stone, Jeremy Hough, Keri Parker, Jessica Drake, and Margaux Ganoung; and twentytwo great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter Marlene Stone, and a great-granddaughter, Stella Jean.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 10:00AM at the First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery. Calling hours Tuesday 4-7PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
