David M. Crouse, 56 and a resident of 81 Maiden Lane Road in the Town of Scriba died Thursday at his home. He was born in Oswego and was the son of the late Guy G. and Margaret Featherly Crouse.
Mr. Crouse was the husband of Donna M. Syrell Crouse.
He had been employed on various local construction projects and was a member of Laborers Local #214 and #633. Mr. Crouse had served on the Scriba Volunteer Fire Department for 12 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son Gregory S. (Jennifer) Crouse of Scriba, six brothers Richard Crouse of Fulton, Douglas Crouse of Scriba, Daniel (Jeanne) Crouse of Scriba, Gary Crouse of Scriba, Calvin (Karen) Crouse of Volney, Steven (Jodi) Crouse of Hannibal, six sisters Beverly Clark of Byron, Georgia, Rosemary Clark of Wickenburg, Arizona, Donna (Terry) Stab of Warner Robins, Georgia, Margaret (William) Branshaw of Granby, Linda Hoyt of Scriba, Trish (Steve) Sucher of Midland, Georgia, one grandchild Kayden Crouse and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Crouse was predeceased by two brothers Larry Crouse and Robert Crouse.
Funeral services will be Monday 10:00AM from the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home and at 10:30AM in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Spring burial will be in Peck’s Cemetery.. Calling hours Sunday 3-6PM at the funeral home.
