Duane J. Delaney, 43 and a resident of 531 Carbon St. in Syracuse passed away at his home on April 4, 2009. Duane was a very caring and loving person. He was born in Watertown and was the son of Richard J. and Sally Remus Delaney, Sr. of Oswego. Duane was a graduate of the Oswego High School.
In addition to his parents he is survived by five brothers; David J. (Ellen) Delaney, Richard J. (Kathy) Delaney, Jr., Daniel J. (Anita) Delaney all of Oswego, Donald (Karen) Delaney, Dale J. (Tonya) Delaney of both of Liverpool, six sisters; Deborah J.(Gary) Ayers of North Carolina, Dawn J. (Randy) Wicks of Fairport, Diana J. Delaney of Liverpool. Darlene J. Delaney of Syracuse, Dessa J. Delaney of Fairport, Denise J. (Scott) Dohse of Oswego and several nieces , nephews and one great niece.
Funeral services will be Wed. 10:30AM from the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home and at 11:00AM in St. Paul’s Church. Calling hours will be Tuesday 4-7PM at the funeral home.
