Herbert E. Flack, 77 and a former resident of 8492 State Route 104 in the Town of Hannibal died Wed. morning in Loretto Htgs. Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mr. Flack was born in Sterling and was the son of the late Herbert and Elsie Emery Flack. He was the husband of Mary E. McCann Flack.
Mr. Flack had been employed for many years in the Mail Department at Oswego State University. He was a communicant of Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Hannibal.
In addition to his wife Mr. Flack is survived by one son Michael H. (Alicia) Flack of Oswego, one sister Gladys Cole of Hannibal, two grandchildren, Troy Flack and Meghan Flack both of Oswego, one brother in-law and sister in-law George and Janet DeSacia of Oswego, several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Flack was predeceased by five sisters, Arlene McCarthy, Evelyn Cole, Hilda Ristagno, Helen Duffy, Marie Busch and one brother Miley Flack.
Funeral services will be held 7:30PM Friday at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home. Calling hours will be 4:30-7:30PM prior to the service. Spring burial will be in Springbrook Cemetery.Contributions may be made to Lorreto Htgs. Activity Fund 132 Ellen St. Oswego, NY 13126
